I am a person centred practitioner who integrates TA, Gestalt and attachment theory into my work. I have a good understanding of IFS and CBT.

I specialise in offering creative interventions and inner child work, with a personal and proffessional knowledge of Autism and ADHD. 

I'm currently training to offer clinical diagnosis of ADHD.

Initial half hour introductory session is free. I work on line and in person, which mirrors my client work.
