A session focused on working with mindfulness to enhance your way of working with your clients and yourself. Part of the day will be tips and tricks to enable you to create meditative imagery for self reflection and stress relief.

During this workshop, Julia Hope will provide valuable insights and training, including mindfulness for stress relief, with a focus on exploring how to share this creative intervention with clients and the uses for self encouragement.

 Participants will also have the unique opportunity to engage in a professional photo shoot (at an extra cost) The cost includes all photos edited as a digital download. Please bring a selection of outfits for the photo shoot section as there will be provision to change.

The photo shoot is booked on a first come first served basis, with limited spaces available. 

You are welcome to come to each session separately or attend the whole day and enjoy the networking in the garden room while photos are being taken. 

This creative exploration of the use of photography within the counselling environment will offer valuable learning experiences.

Julia Hope is a qualified Integrative Counsellor based in Ashford, Kent. She provides a warm, safe, and supportive space for adults and young people to explore the challenges they're facing.

Working interactively, her approach is rooted in both professional training and personal understanding. Having lived with Complex PTSD, she brings a depth of empathy that only real experience can offer. Using a blend of counselling models - including Person-centred, CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic and Creative therapies

Outside of private practice, she’s supported survivors of trauma, those struggling with their mental health and have experience with bereavement, trauma, depression and anxiety through a number of organisations; New Romney Counselling Service, Heal for Life, Uk and SpeakUpCIC.
