Tea and Taizé - led by Helen Cook is a gentle, reflective gathering from Angel Army, combining the warmth of shared tea with the contemplative simplicity of Taizé-style prayer and chant.
This event offers a calm, welcoming space where you can arrive as you are-no pressure to perform, speak, or participate.
Expect a soothing rhythm of silence, simple sung worship, and quiet reflection designed to support nervous system regulation, spiritual grounding, and emotional wellbeing.
This is an adult only space for anyone who considers themself to be seeking peace through connecting with God, Jesus or Holy Spirit for their guidance and peace in this busy world.
Please feel free to bring your bible, journal, a comfy blanket or pillow if you would like to lie down (there will be a limited number of mats available) We will be in the garden so please dress for the weather.
